The client needed to return to Brisbane from Cairns as father tragically died and had sorry business and funeral matters.
Client and her partner travelled to Brisbane from Cairns, to assist funeral plans for her father, and engage w sorry business. Client is full time carer of partner w cancer. Extended family and friends gathered any money they had to help cover costs of funeral. No money left. Client and her partner now need to head back to Cairns so partner can resume chemotherapy at hospital. Request is for fuel vouchers to get from Brisbane to Cairns. They need to leave ASAP. next Chemo appt is on 4 September.
