Voucher Request for Young Refugee Client in Financial Hardship

My client has recently turned 18, he is eligible for Centrelink payments; however, the processing time for his application means that he won't receive financial assistance for approximately four months. During this period, he is struggling to meet his basic needs and maintain his overall well-being, especially considering the added responsibility of supporting his mother in her time of need. The mother used to recieve FTB from Centrelink which has been stopped as he turned 18.
Given the urgency of the situation and the challenges he is facing, I kindly request a voucher to provide immediate financial support for his everyday expenses, including food, transportation, and other essential items.
