due to not being able to access accommodation was living with mother in law and had all furniture storred in back shed
family of 5 who couldn't find accommodation in the Ingham district, moved in with mother/ mother in law, so the had a roof over the childrens heads, stored all their belongings in the back shed, which was then inundated with water and everything was destroyed.
