Mobile phone needed for asylum seeker who cannot afford to purchase one
My client has been experiencing severe financial hardship due to not having work rights for a long time. Recently her visa was changed, allowing her to work. She has been offered a job, but has been told that she needs a reliable 5G phone in order to do the job (needs to download apps). Her current phone cannot handle the apps she is required to download and does not work properly. She cannot afford to buy a new phone.
