70y.o impacted by February storm & power loss for 8 days. Reliant on CPAP machine which they could not use. Increased anxiety
70y.o was impacted by the February Storm event. Reliant on CPAP machine for severe sleep apnea which could not be used after the event due to the loss of power for 8days. Unable to financially afford the constant running cost of a generator resulting in poor and limited sleep during this time. Is developing increased anxiety regarding power loss which is very frequent and at times prolonged in their area. Is unable to recoup financially since the event and previous event of 2023 where significant damage was done to the property
