Mother of 3 children. All 3 in care of family or CPFS, has fled to a Womens refuge following birth of last child, 6 wks ago
Aboriginal mother. 2 young children in care of family c/o CPFS
Recently delivered baby- plan was for baby to go home with mum however FOB perpetrated FDV and unfortunately baby was taken into foster care by CPFS. Mum has now fled to a Womens refuge and is working with the Dept to reunify with her daughter now she is in supported accommodation.
Her plan is to reunify with her daughter, then plan to reunify with her boys. All children can be with her in the refuge.
She is BF her daughter and needs a BF rocking chair and also requires a play/floor mat for when the boys visit so they can safely be on the floor which is currently all tiled
