Escaping from domestic violence to QLD being faced with more challenges of rebuilding after the floods.
A mother escaped from domestic violence with her two young children (15 & 8) to a quiet and isolated life in QLD. The family of three is now being pushed again to their limit by the floods that was 2 metres high and entered their home. The single mother is struggling to rebuild her life, and her two children are also struggling to cope with the impacts of the flood. The family have lost most of their essential items and are seeking help.
