First Nations mother requiring fuel vouchers
This young woman, who is Torres Strait Islander, is resilient and resourceful. Currently working part time visiting her children 3 times per week, and attending appointments 3 times per week requires a significant amount of driving.
Having worked hard to get her car back on the road and get her license she has done incredibly well. With a car comes the added cost of fuel. This is her largest expense given the significant amount of travel she does each week.
This is the first time she has requested financial support, as she is largely independent and resourceful.
We are requesting fuel vouchers on her behalf to be able to support her on her journey of changing her life for the better.
