One male affected by TC Alfred lost household goods. Still recovering from impact of sustained winds &flood waters for 3days
The residence the male was lodged in during the TC Alfred event endured sustained 65-80km/h winds approx. at times in Redcliffe, as well as 3 days of water coming through the premises. At one stage the roof of the premises had blown off. He was only advised 24 hours prior to the landing of the cyclone to leave the premises. He didn't have enough time to move equipment. Most household goods are now mouldy and deemed unusable.
