Client with a family 5 that was in the Woodburn region alongside the Richmond River and was flooded out of their home in 2022 whilst losing all of their household positions. They have been floating between hotels/motels as well as being housed in a Donga village until finally residing in Varsity Lakes very recently. She has had minimal effects to bring along since losing everything in the 2022 floods and is struggling to financially to try and furnish the house as best as possible. She is very understanding that times are tough with the cost of living across the entire Gold Coast/Tweed as well as all of Australia. She understands that anything is a big help for her financially and is much appreciated for any assistance.
