Update: 31/8/23 - Single parent still struggling to provide for her children after the flood. Her son is in need of a desk for school work which was lost in the flood. He has trouble concentrating in communal spaces.
Update: 7/7/23 - Mother is facing extreme financial hardship due to never ending medical bills for her children and the rebuild of the property. She has exhausted funds to make sure her children's needs come first. Any help is greatly appreciated for warm bedding (bed linen package) to help her. Thank you.
Story: Single mother of 3 children with disability lost all her belongings in the Lismore area Feb 2022 flood. They have been living in a motorhome in her yard while her home gets fixed after being destroyed by the floods.
