Refugee Afghan woman experiencing mental health issues
A client is a woman, mother and siblings who just arrived in Australia. All members in this family are experiencing mental health issues and financial hardship as they are unable to find an employment due to their health issues, not having local experience and language barrier. The client, her sister and mother are afraid of darkness, and we have thought that giving them some battery Christmas lights might help them feeling at home as well as not afraid of staying in their own home when it gets dark. A Kmart voucher would be used to purchase some lights and +AAA batteries (so they do not worry about the energy consumption).
