The client and her children were renting a house that was affected by the storm. The owner evacuated her belongings and locked the house, She came out with a bag of clothes and the children. Now the client is living in a different suburb where a friend asked her to look after their house. She is under financial hardship, the Centerlink support is not adequate. The client is grateful for any support available especially food and phone data.
