Client has a been diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer and has approx. 6 months to live. Client moved interstate in order to be close to their family for the end of their life. Client was unable to secure stable housing and then began to experience homelessness and is now living in crisis accommodation. Client has been supported to secure accommodation and needs basic items such as fridge, bed, microwave, cutlery.
