Single father with disability supporting 12 year old daughter in need of support

Our tenant is in the process of moving house due to a relocation (development) out of the tenant's control. Our tenant has been managing his current property very well and working hard to ensure his daughter is taken care of and receives all she needs to thrive. In preparation for the move, we have been made aware that our tenant's refrigerator and television are not in working order and due to moving costs, he is unable to afford replacements of these essential household items. We are seeking support to fund a new refrigerator and television to ensure our tenant and his daughter have access to fresh food in the home and reliable amenities to live a good life. Our tenant is not one to make a fuss and has never asked our help for anything, we hope to be able to support the good life he is creating for himself and his daughter.
