Newly Arrived Refugee Family - Mother struggling to support family due to physical disability

This family of 10 moved from Democratic Republic of Congo to Perth WA in 2024, on a humanitarian refugee visa. The family are doing their best to settle in to life in Perth. However, the mother/grandmother of the home suffers from a permanent physical disability that impacts her legs. She is unable to move herself freely around the home, and cannot leave the house unless for emergencies. This means that she is unable to find employment, and unable to engage in cultural practices such as Church.
The physical disability is currently being investigated in Australia but is likely due to polio during childhood and has affected her for many years. She is currently receiving a basic parenting payment, until she receives support to complete a disability pension payment. In the meantime, they struggle to pay rent and afford food due to high rent and ongoing costs of living.
The family would much appreciate some financial relief in the form of food or food vouchers to feed the family.
