Vietnamese couple and their four kids are still using the furniture which they rescued from the flood. They haven't reached out for support to date. They are struggling financially as they did not receive any compensation through their insurance provider and are currently seeking legal advice for their circumstances. The family are significantly struggling and welcome any offers of support.
