Family with newborn rendered homeless in Jan 24 floods, still trying to rebuild their lives
This single mum of 3 has just secured a rental after 3 months of homelessness. They're starting off with nothing after losing it all in the Jan 24 Floods in South East QLD.
It's been a hard battle for this mum as she not only lost her home, her baby nursery, her job, her car and her life savings which is having a big impact on her mental health and wellbeing.
It takes her 6 hours a day to take her children to school via public transport. She has lost 4 job offers due to no car. She is desperate to get her car fixed to get their life back on track.
Her priority is to help her children get through school and life with as little trauma as possible. Any help would be appreciated.
