Young people and families in our specialist transitional supported housing are in need of material items.

Our young people and young families are transitioning from homelessness to transitional supported housing with case management through our service. These young people/families are in need of furniture and material items to assist them to make their house a home including food vouchers or kmart vouchers. The young people/families are engaging in supports such as further education/maintaining education, obtaining employment or training, linking in with Centrelink supports, mental health supports, and striving to achieve stable long-term housing.
