Young mum financially struggling following DV and relocating

Single mum of one toddler is currently housed in supported accommodation after fleeing Domestic Violence to keep safe, facing homelessness. They are living on under $50 a week due to support payments in arrears due to PUV claiming he is paying the mum child support, which he is not as he is incarcerated. The daughters tablet was charging during Tropic Cyclone Alfred and went the power went out, the tablet wouldn't turn back on again, and the family desktop printer would not turn back on again - possibly from a power surge. Mum is unable to drive and is looking for assistance to take her daughter to daycare a few days a week. We are looking for a toddler seat to be attached to a bicycle for a 2 year old, taxi or uber vouchers to assist with transport for daughters Speech Therapy appointments, and grocery vouchers to assist with cost of living. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
