The client has potential brain injury and he has been living alone given that he has no good relationship with his siblings. Since his parents passed away, client's mental health has been worsen and diagnosed with PTSD. He is in financial hardship given that he has limited capacity to do budget with the cognitive impairment. Fines and loans have been taken most of the money from his Centrelink payment. He is now having difficulty to feed himself on time with limited money to buy food.
