Lady on her own in emergency accommodation after rental flooded - lost everything including her car.
This divorced lady was living on her own in a rental when her home was overwhelmed with flooding. She has been bounced around emergency accommodations before ending up being housed with her cats at Mickleham where she has received on site support for her multiple health issues including chronic pain due to medical conditions, mental health and PTSD.
Support staff have assisted in securing her a new rental home, however she has no possessions left except her beloved pets. Due to her many health conditions she exists on a pension and has no other means to support herself or rebuild her life on her own and is asking for some support to access the basics for her new home.
