Single mum and 2 children who have experienced 18 months of homelessness after fleeing Domestic and Family Violence
Single mother and two children have been in emergency accommodation for 18 months after experiencing family and domestic violence. Family have experienced significant trauma and mother struggles with alcohol addiction and mental health, but is addressing this with support. Children have not been able to attend school consistently due to constant moves between motels and Mum not having a car to provide transport.
The family have been lucky enough to secure housing, however don't have the finances to set up a home and are currently needing furniture and household essentials.
