After surviving years of family domestic violence, a women made the courageous decision to leave and survived — not just for herself, but for her daughter. With nowhere to go, they faced homelessness and uncertainty, moving from place to place while she worked tirelessly to rebuild their lives. Despite the trauma and the odds stacked against her, she found a job and secured a safe place to live. But recovery is ongoing. Emotional scars take time to heal, and the transition from survival to stability is filled with challenges. Though she’s working hard every day, the cost of starting over — physically, emotionally, and financially — remains overwhelming. This family has come so far through strength and determination. With support, they can continue moving forward to move and live in their new home.
