Client is a single parent of 2 children under the age of 13. She goes into seizure minimum of 10 times daily.
Client is a single parent of 2 children under the of 13. Client suffers neurological problem which make her go into seizure over 10 times in a day. Client have tried to cope with this since her teenage years but life keeps becoming unbearable. Client is on disability pension but paying for rental, utilities and purchase her medications have not been an easy task. Despite all challenges client have remain a good mother and support her children in every way including school work. Client was previously a victim of severe domestic violence and have been taken advantage of by her perpetrator, Perpetrator is presently in jail. I am soliciting for grocery and pharmacy vouchers for client .
