Trampoline purchased for two children at Christmas 2022 was damaged & destroyed during Kimberley floods
At Christmas 2022, parents purchased a trampoline for their two children aged 13 & 8. Ten days later the family home was inundated with water during the Kimberley floods in January 2023. The family were evacuated and have been living in several different modes of temporary accommodation since that time. Last week they moved into temporary accommodation units on their community, the first time they've lived there since the flooding. Upon returning the children were eagerly anticipating playing on their trampoline which has unfortunately been damaged beyond use in the floods.
