Freezer - Chest

Client had water inundation from Jan-Feb floods, loss of essential items, on pension

Client was inundated with flood water from the Jan-Feb floods. Client is on a pension and is also caring for her elderly mother with health conditions. The laundry was flooded resulting in loss of their deep freezer as wells as the contents inside it. Due to client being a pensioner and not having any savings, she does not have the money to be able to replace her deep freezer. The Freezer is an essential item for them as they live out of town, so when they do a grocery shop, they buy items that can be frozen to minimise travel time back to town.
