Older single woman, living with a psychosocial disability lost most of 30 years worth of belongings in NSW floods.

Older single woman, living with a psychosocial disability and her adult son (also with a diagnosed psychosocial disability) went through the NSW floods and lost most of 30years worth of belongings, they have washed and cleaned many of their treasured items repeatedly and have salvaged a lot of clothes, and purchased basics themselves such as mattresses etc., however, they were donated a washing machine – which has broken, and do not have a vacuum cleaner to keep their home clean. Support to purchase these two items would be greatly appreciated, would simplify their lives after a traumatic couple of years and support with the process of continuing to rebuild their lives.

She is currently having to travel to be with terminally ill mother and as her home has been broken into a couple of times (whilst travelling to be with mother) she would love some to take some security measures and could use some Bunnings vouchers to support with this.
