For this flood impacted single dad, getting the children equipped to return to school is a challenge.
He continues to experience financial hardship and still recovering financially from the losses incurred by flood damage when waters entered the home in October 2022 and destroyed belongings.
This single dad is doing an amazing job of caring for his six children ranging in ages from 18 to 5 years. He is doing his best to provide for their needs.
But a new year means, a new start to school and fitting out for 5 school age children (primary and secondary) can be costly especially right on the back of Christmas and when already experiencing financial disadvantage.
