Lives on rural property by themself. Impacted by the 2019 fires, 2022 floods and subsequent droughts. Unfortunately, insurance claim was not approved has been living in shed in poor living conditions since that time whilst trying to fix home on pension money. This has put unexpected strain financially on her. a bunnings voucher to purchase some items would help reduce the emotional and financial burden on her.
