Rural supplies voucher - $50
The recent grampians bushfires in victoria has devasted a lot of farmers and much needed rural supplies are needed
I work in the mental health and wellbeing HUB. I recently have been working with farmers around suicide prevention and was planning an event in March in Dunkeld to bring awareness around this due to the high number of farmers in our small rural areas taking their lives. However, a few weeks aga our beloved Grampians national Park was set alight by lightning, and this resulted in 76,000 hectares being destroyed. I am looking for any rural vouchers or supplies such as hay or feed and fencing equipment that is desperately needed by my farmers when the fire jumped from the park to private properties. I am very passionate about mental health and suicide prevention in the great south coast and am committed to supporting farmers wherever I see the need so any support I can offer helps to reduce the stress they are feeling at the moment.
