Ex-TC Alfred affected, with loss of power, fast flow water throughout yard, elderly community member who had to be evacuated.

Elderly lady had to be evacuated due to heavy flows of fast-flowing water throughout her yard from Ex-TC Alfred. This elderly member of the community also lost power for 30 hours resulting in the loss of most of her food, multiple items from her yard and shed contents and doesn't have any insurance cover. This disaster event caused much anxiety and trauma.
