Women has had a long history of Family Violence, women is in need of driving lessons due to being isolated and controlled for the past nine years by perp. Women has left the abusive relationship and is currently homeless with her two young girls. Women is wanting to gain independence through learning driving skills.
Prep controlled thee woman preventing her leaving the relationship as woman is vulnerable as she does not speak English, no driver's license, no safe transportation, no family in Australia, socially isolated, she was financially dependent on perp. Woman disclosed perp was very controlling and that limited her ability to make any decisions.
