53 year ld woman on a disability pension since workplace accident has been living in a caravan that was flooded in 2022

53 yo woman has been living in her flood damaged caravan since 2022 Flood. She has been living on a disability pension since having a workplace accident in 2013. Since her back injury she has experienced health and mobility challenges resulting in a complicated hip replacement surgery after her caravan was flood damaged in the 2022 Flood. She was hospitalised for 3 months due to infection complications after surgery. She has bravely faced these challenges and has reached out as well as helping others during the past 2 years. With a low income has managed to return her caravan to a liveable condition thanks to support from GIVIT. She would greatly benefit with support over Christmas and additional help in a water filter for her van so she does not need to buy filtered water for drinking. She is deeply grateful for all the kindness that has been shown to her since the flooding of 2022. She is slowly starting to feel more able to manage again after the flood.
