Single mum of 4 allocated a new property after previous one deemed unliveable due to maintenance issues

Mum of 4 who spent years in DV relationship is about to be allocated a new property after her previous property was deemed unliveable. She and her 4 children are currently living in a 3 bedroom house with a friend who also has 4 children. The 2 eldest children are suffering from mental health problems and finding it hard to live like this. Mum has been struggling immensely with her own mental health. She will be starting from scratch with nothing as a lot of her property has been damaged.
She tries really hard to keep moving forward for her children and she just needs a little good in her life
