The roof of her home was damaged during cyclone Jasper and the heavy rains that followed caused water to enter her home throughout the ceiling. She has no contents insurance and needs to save money to repair the roof as it's not being covered by her insurer. Client has had some contents damaged due to the water ingress into her home and cannot replace these items due to needing to save for roof repairs, the high costs associated with living in a rural area as well as the costs associated with being a kinship carer.
