Homeless man losing his little belongings to flood that went through his makeshift shelter at a Park.
The floods flow freely into its pathways including Parks, where people live. This man, who identified himself as homeless calls one of the parks his home where he puts up his shelter at the end of each day. When the recent flood happened, he could only save himself but not his little belongings. He has moved to a shelter and seeking help to survive.
