Individual with life altering physical disabilities seeking support as they leave a domestic violence relationship

My client, who is full time in a motorized wheelchair due to spina bifida and lupus is in need to move properties. In addition to her physical conditions, she also has formal diagnosis' of chronic heart failure, interstitial lung disease (needing home oxygen), complex post-traumatic stress disorder and an acquired brain injury from an accident that historically left her in a coma.
My client has recently split with her partner due to family and domestic violence and is needing to vacate immediately. However due to her disabilities, along with the other barriers she is experiencing trying to escape domestic violence, it is proving very difficult.
