two flood events then tree fell on dwelling during February 2024 storm
Second flood in two years. Needs to replace many damaged items and damaged artwork. Artist living in the Yarra Ranges lost significant amounts of art they created. Updated: following repairs completed at property over a 12 month period in February 2024 a large tree fell on residents dwelling causing significant damage to roof and structure. resident receives an age pension and is struggling financially to cover costs.
