Help with moving items from storage unit, into truck and into home
Older person moving into long-term housing after being in crisis accommodation for a year.
The person I am working with is socially isolated and has no contact with family or friends. After a long period of poor mental health and chronic depression, they are finally able to regain some stability and are moving into their own affordable long-term accommodation. This person had to leave their last property due to a relationship breakdown, where they lost a lot of their belongings and couldn't take many things with them. They are still in a large amount of financial stress and establishing a new home is a significant expense that they can't afford right now.
