Man is on a new path to break his cycle of mental health, substance use, and offending behaviour.
He was rough sleeping on the streets before his most recent period of incarceration.
This is this first time he has engaged with a service to access support.
He is currently staying in transitional accommodation, he's working with a community mental health team, and an AOD counsellor.
His goal is to become the best version of himself for his children, family, and community.
