Young person couch surfing, moving into supported accommodation.

Young person has been couch surfing while completing year 11. This meant they had little space for themselves and to complete their studies in the home. Young person was offered a supported accommodation unit while they complete year 12. As they have not lived independently, they do not own any items and have limited income.

Request is for support to purchase bed base and mattress, washing machine and Kmart voucher for household items.

Our organisation is a social enterprise that has been in existence for nearly 50 years and has been focused on the needs of young people and people needing access to housing.
