Refugee family of 7, seeking financial assistance after TC Alfred impacted their rental property
This refugee family has only lived in Brisbane since November 2024. They are a large family of 2 adults, and 5 children, and expecting their 6th child this year. During the TC Alfred storms, the power was lost for two days and all the food for everyone was ruined and had to be thrown away. There was also flood damage to furnishings. This family is unemployed and therefore are needing financial support to replace what was lost.
