Socially isolated client who lives by himself and cannot afford to purchase a mobile phone

My client is a very gentle and kind hearted man I have been working with for several years. He has ongoing mental health issues and experiences a lot of depression. He has been using a second hand phone (iPhone) for several years which no longer works properly but would be extremely grateful to receive any type of mobile phone regardless of how old it is. He does not have a landline so relies on using a mobile phone which he uses mostly just for incoming calls. Having a mobile phone enables him to stay connected to his supports.
