Assistance for mum and kids after FDV, first Christmas in 13years without walking on eggshells. Ex destroyed kids toys.
This mother has left her ex-partner due to FDV. She was staying at Refuge however she has returned home. Father had smashed their toys while they were in the refuge. This mother is awaiting Department of Communitas Hosing to reduce her rent as she is longer in a relationship. She is struggling to pay rent and buy food as the cost of living in aa rural town is had to budget.
We are seeking some assistance with some Kmart and Coles vouchers in the lead up to Christmas to assist this family to able to enjoy this Christmas as it will be the first in 13years without her having worry about if she and the kids will be exposed to FDV.
