Resident Impacted by Family violence following disaster.
Updated 26.03.24 resident has been impacted by Family violence, resident is choosing to remain in her home, additional security needs. OLD: Resident returned back to her Primary place of residence after two months in crisis accommodation just in time for Christmas 2022, however there were significant repairs outstanding and her unit was somewhat a construction site from December 2022.
Last week Thursday morning trades attended to complete outstanding repairs and painting. She is now in a hotel for a number of weeks. She was unable to properly prepare for the move additionally she has been granted a new companion dog to support her. Resident also has significant mobility complexities making it harder for her to get around.
