Homeless Young Business Owner Living in Temporary Housing Needs Support to Rebuild.
Now living in a temporary POD village, this determined young woman is doing everything she can to overcome life’s challenges. Despite enduring significant historical trauma, mental and emotional health struggles, and a debilitating disease, she is working tirelessly to rebuild her life.
Recently, she made a bold step forward by registering a new catering business—her pathway to independence and stability. But she can’t do it alone.
The devastating 2022 floods not only destroyed her home but also wiped out the essential appliances she once relied on to run her business. Without them, she’s unable to get her business back up and running.
Currently supported by Centrelink and living in temporary accommodation, she is juggling her recovery while striving to create a better future for herself.
