Family lost everything in a house fire, were living in a shed when TC Alfred came through and destroyed remaining possessions

This lovely lady needs help as she and her family has lost everything in a house fire recently. They were living in their shed, following the house fire, and then lost all their remaining possessions when flooding came through due to TC Alfred. Their power was cut and their sleeping bags and items were water logged.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
