Single adult who has been on a journey of recovery from addiction moving into long-term, stable housing.

Single adult has experienced homelessness for a few years. They have recently completed a recovery program for addiction and are in active recovery. They have been offered long-term, stable housing and enrolled at Tafe for further study. They are really excited about the positive changes they have made to their lives and starting to focus on future goals.

Request is for support to obtain a voucher for essential kitchen items. This person is paying their own bond and rent in advance, which will leave them with limited funds to purchase essential items.

Our organisation is a social enterprise that has been in existence for nearly 50 years and has been focused on the needs of young people and people needing access to housing.
