Client in rural Victoria had house destroyed in bushfire and lost everything.

A person living in rural Victoria had their house and farm infrastructure destroyed in the February bushfires. As a result of the fires they lost all of their possessions. The property was not insured and they are struggling to come to terms with the trauma and loss.
This person is currently on a Centrelink payment and is struggling to try and figure out a pathway to rebuild their life after this natural disaster.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
